Betting & Gaming Terms

1. Age Requirement

Keevy betting and real-money gaming services are strictly for users 18 years and above.

By placing a bet, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You are legally permitted to participate;
• You are using your own account.

Keevy may restrict or suspend betting access where there is reason to believe a user is underage or has provided false information.

2. Betting Risk

Betting is for entertainment and involves financial risk.

You may lose all or part of the amount you wager. Keevy does not guarantee winnings, profits, or recovery of losses.

You should only bet money you can afford to lose.

Betting is not an investment or guaranteed source of income.

3. Fair Play

Keevy is committed to fair gameplay.

Users must not:

• Cheat or collude;
• Manipulate game outcomes;
• Use bots or unauthorised automated systems;
• Exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities;
• Use multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage;
• Interfere with the Platform or its Games.

Keevy may investigate suspicious activity and suspend or restrict accounts where necessary.

4. Dice and Other Games

Each Game will have rules displayed before participation, including applicable:

• Minimum and maximum stakes;
• Winning conditions;
• Payouts;
• Fees or commissions;
• Tie or draw rules.

By confirming a wager, you agree to the applicable Game rules.

Unless otherwise stated, an accepted wager cannot be cancelled simply because the Player changes their mind.

5. Game Results

Game results are determined according to the applicable Game rules and the Platform’s game system.

Results are generally final unless there is evidence of:

• A technical error;
• Incorrect settlement;
• Fraud;
• Cheating;
• Game manipulation; or
• A system failure affecting the result.

Where a material technical error occurs, Keevy may correct, void, or reverse affected transactions where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

6. Provably Fair Games

Where Keevy identifies a Game as “provably fair,” Keevy will provide an appropriate mechanism for verifying the integrity of the Game outcome.

The specific verification method may vary by Game and will be explained in the applicable Game information or Fair Play Policy.

7. Betting Pools and Fees

Where a Game operates through a Betting Pool, eligible wagers may be combined into the applicable pool.

The winning Player or Players may receive the applicable payout after any clearly disclosed Keevy commission or fee.

The exact payout and fee structure will be displayed before the wager is confirmed.

8. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the payment methods and rules available on Keevy.

Keevy may delay or restrict transactions where reasonably necessary to investigate:

• Fraud;
• Payment errors;
• Unauthorised transactions;
• Account abuse;
• Technical errors; or
• Suspicious activity.

Legitimate funds will not be withheld indefinitely without reasonable grounds.

9. Underage Gambling

Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited from betting.

If Keevy discovers that an underage person has participated in betting, Keevy may suspend the account and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.

Users must not allow another person, including a minor, to use their betting account.

10. Responsible Betting

Users should:

• Bet only what they can afford to lose;
• Avoid chasing losses;
• Never borrow money to gamble;
• Take breaks when necessary.

Keevy does not encourage excessive or irresponsible betting.

Where available, Keevy may provide tools to limit or restrict betting activity.

11. Account Suspension

Keevy may suspend, restrict, or close an account where it reasonably believes that a user:

• Is under 18;
• Has violated these Terms;
• Has cheated or colluded;
• Has manipulated Games;
• Has committed fraud;
• Has used multiple accounts improperly;
• Has exploited Platform vulnerabilities.

Keevy may investigate suspicious activity before releasing affected funds or settling disputed transactions.

12. Technical Failures

Keevy is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including internet outages, payment-provider failures, power interruptions, or major technical failures.

Where a technical failure materially affects a wager or Game, Keevy may investigate and take reasonable corrective action.

13. No Guarantee

Keevy does not guarantee:

• That you will win;
• That you will make a profit;
• That you will recover losses;
• That the Platform will always be available;
• That every Game will operate without interruption.

14. Changes

Keevy may modify, suspend, or discontinue betting Games or features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to applicable laws and regulations governing Keevy’s operation and betting services.

Where required, Keevy will operate betting services in accordance with applicable regulatory and licensing requirements.

16. Acceptance

By creating a betting account or placing a wager, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older;
• You understand that betting involves financial risk;
• You understand that you can lose money;
• You agree to play fairly;
• You agree not to manipulate or abuse the Platform;
• You have read and accepted these Terms.
