Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Keevy, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorised to control. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Platform services

Keevy provides tools for tasks, advertising campaigns, raffles, referrals, marketplace activity, wallets, escrow, and withdrawals. Availability and eligibility may vary by account, location, verification status, and campaign rules.

4. Campaigns and participation

Advertisers must provide lawful, accurate briefs and sufficient funding. Participants must follow campaign instructions and submit genuine proof. Keevy may reject, pause, or remove campaigns or submissions that are misleading, unsafe, unlawful, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise non-compliant.

5. Payments, rewards, and fees

Displayed prices, rewards, and fees apply when a transaction or campaign is created. Balances may remain pending while checks, disputes, refunds, or campaign reviews are completed. Withdrawal methods may have additional limits or verification requirements.

6. Prohibited conduct — P2P & Escrow must not be used for

Illegal goods or services • Stolen goods/property • Fraud or scams • Ponzi/pyramid schemes • Money laundering or suspicious fund movement • Terrorist financing or criminal financing • Drugs or illegal substances • Illegal weapons, ammunition or explosives • Hacked/stolen accounts • Stolen passwords, OTPs, PINs or financial credentials • Bank/card information obtained unlawfully • BVN/NIN or other unlawfully obtained personal information • Fake/forged IDs, certificates or documents • Counterfeit goods • Phishing • Malware • Account hacking/unauthorized access • Identity theft/impersonation • Fraudulent reviews or fake engagement • Any service intended to facilitate cybercrime • Any other transaction prohibited by applicable law or Keevy policy. “Other” does not bypass moderation — unclear/high-risk trades are sent for manual review. You must accept these prohibited-use terms before creating or joining any trade (checkbox in P2P, Market and Escrow flows), and the same block applies server-side.

7. Suspension and termination

Keevy may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, recover amounts owed, or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, an appeal process may be available.

8. Disputes and escrow

Escrow records, messages, and submitted evidence may be reviewed when a transaction is disputed. Keevy may hold or release funds based on the available evidence and applicable transaction rules.

9. Service availability

Keevy is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service and do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a specific earning outcome.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Keevy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, third-party conduct, or losses caused by unauthorised account access that you failed to report promptly. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. Material updates will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
